DUBUQUE - A University of Dubuque student is dead and another is injured following a car-motorcycle accident on Wednesday evening. Lucas Chase, 20, of Colesburg, was riding a motorcycle southbound in the northbound lanes of Kerper Blvd, according to Dubuque police.
